This year's first Tinker Tuesday was great fun. After a short introduction to code.org, students enjoyed a snack (thank you, Mrs. Whitefield) and pursued personal projects including making a Makey Makey Pac Man controller, making a digital keyboard with play dough, assembling a digital speaker using snap circuits, sewing a pillow, creating music in MixCraft, creating art through computer code, and building a structure out of straws. Ms. Bagwell joined in the fun and tinkered with the LittleBits circuits. We had a blast! The next Tinker Tuesday is September 27. Sign up on the library website under the MakerSpace and Tinkering tab.
