Some opportunities for exploration include coding, stop-motion animation, circuitry, origami, knitting, crocheting, sewing, scrapbooking, duct tape design, making music, digital animation, and 3D design.
There are three ways to participate.
1. Each week, students can sign up to borrow kits to use before school, during advisory, and during lunch. Just complete the form on the BMS library website to reserve your spot. (BISD Google login required to complete form.)
2. If students have an extended project, they can reserve a study room in the library for 5 days to work on their project. Check the MakerSpace calendar for room availability, and complete the form to reserve your spot.
3. Some projects just need a little extra time. Sign up to stay after school from 3:30-5:00 for Tinker Tuesday's. See library website for dates. Activity bus passes available. Students must select a project to work on prior to that week's session. See Mrs. Groff for project ideas and materials availability.
