Seven BMS students are currently exploring 3D design in Tinkercad through Project Ignite. "Project Ignite enables learners of all ages to gain practical hands-on experience with new software and hardware to build literacy in design, 3D, electronics, programming and more." This week the students are learning how to create and modify 3D objects. The colorful interface and workplane make design easy. The students also viewed a video that showed them how to take a digital image, import it into Tinkercad, and print it as a 3D object. The Tinkercad workshop will run Tues, Wed, and Fri this week in the BMS library during advisory.
